- More than 2 revisions per stage*: $5 each.

- NDA (I will not post this image on social networks and portfolio): $100

➤ You can ask for a FULL artistic freedom art. You can pick an emotion, main theme, holiday, song or leave it all to me. You'll have one review, during the stage of picking the idea (I'll provide several variants). Or you can refuse this right and simply let me draw the whole thing without any reviews.



✦ Terms of Service:

1. GENERAL
1.1. I don't draw NSFW, non-public real persons (without consent) and children.
1.2. There can be some artistic differences from references you provide.
1.3. A complex character fee applies if your character has many detailed elements that must be preserved, such as multiple layers of clothing, complex textures, lots of decorative elements, or a lack of references for some hard parts (like mechanical arms or armor). AI generated references can be considered a lack of references if they are illogical.
1.4. Copying clothing directly from provided references does not count as redesigning.


2. PAYMENTS
2.1. Payment after picking a sketch idea.
2.2. If there is no payment after 7 days of completing the sketch, the commission will be canceled.


3. REVISIONS
3.1. First revision is for picking an idea. I'll prepare several ideas for your commission, and you'll pick whichever you like most.
3.2. After that, you'll be able to review the art on the next stages: flat color, full render, final rendering.
3.3. Only relevant corrections are available for the current stage of the drawing (e.g., you can't ask to edit the shape of the armor on the flat color stage).


4. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
4.1. ETA is 1 week when you are first in line. If any delay may take place - I will let you know.
4.2. Artwork you've ordered will be sent as .png


5. USE
5.1. The use of the artwork for AI training is prohibited.
5.2. Commercial use needs to be disclosed, and the terms discussed.
5.3. You can't crop out or erase my signature when hosting it publicly.
5.4. You can't edit my work through AI and host it publicly.


6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1. I retain all copyright for the artwork.
6.2. I may post artworks in my portfolio and post them on my social media.
6.3. NDA can't be indefinite, and length must be discussed.


7. REFUNDS
7.1. Refunds are available if I can't finish the drawing.
7.2. Refunds don't include payment processor fees.


8. CONFLICT REGULATION
8.1. Conflict description: insulting, manipulating, or other ways to apply psychological pressure.
8.2. If conflict is started before payment, I have rights to cancel your commission.
8.3. If conflict is started after payment, I have rights to finish work without revisions.


9. COMMUNICATION
9.1. Initial communications are made through the platform on which you've ordered the commission
9.2. I may ask you to write me on Discord (@valerosk).
