The client retains all the rights for the design and character but the artist will retain all the rights for the artwork itself.
Commercial use will be 100% of its based price
Adopts should not be used for AI training, NFTS, and illegal activities.
The client will obtain the rights to trade/sell/gift the adoptable however if the adoptable is sold from other sites, do inform me so I can track the designs I have made and given to ensure including their profile to be visible and feel free to keep the profile private.
